Is there a difference between online degree programs and degree programs at a local university?

I AM INTERESTED IN ENROLLING IN AN ONLINE DEGREE PROGRAM BECAUSE I HAVE A HETIC WORK SCHEDULE AND I WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO ATTEND A LOCAL UNIVERSITY. DO EMPLOYERS LOOK AT AN EDUCATION FROM AN ONLINE COLLEGE THE SAME AS AN EDUCATION AT A LOCAL COLLEGE???

If you attended Bellevue University online degree program how did you like it?

Bellevue University is a university located in Bellevue Nebraska and they offer online degree programs as well as campus based programs. Their business degrees are also accredited by IACBE. I was just curious as to others experience with their program. I am considering on continuing my education with them.
In regards to answerer #1- I know it is a traditional school with programs for working adults. Their Masters in Healthcare Administration has the largest enrollment in the nation.
