Classes for all disciplinary levels are offered each semester.
Well-equipped teaching and research laboratories are available to provide instruction as well as Pilot Plant facilities in red meat, poultry, and fruit/vegetable processing, cereal quality, oilseed processing, and taste panel rooms.
As a Center for Food Safety and HACCP Alliance we provide opportunities to collaborate with scientists throughout the Texas A&M University System.
